You unlock the Affinity Booster from the Research Base (Third Fleet)

The NPC's at the Research Base will have an exclamation mark above they head for requests. All requests you receive an alcohol ingredient as the reward.

None of these will be available until you do 6* hunt 'A Tingling Taste'

Resource Center:

A Master's Toast - Master Ale - 2 Thunder Sacs - Client: Third Fleet Provisions ( Thunder sacs are from HR Tobi-Kadacihi. Might need a Thunder Sac to proc request)

A Fire-Spewing Brew - Ratha Whiskey - 2 Dodogama Jaw - Client: Cheerful Scholar ( never popped up for a request until i killed the dodogama and got the jaws)

Quests:

HR girros quest from 3rd fleet captain

6* Stuck in their Ways - Client: Shy Scholar

7* A Sore Site - Client: Airship Engineer

7* RRRRRumble in the Waste! - Client: Third Fleet Master - This the last quest and unlocks the Affinity Tool ( Will need to discover a black diablos if you haven't already for it to pop up.)

Order:

6* hunt 'A Tingling Taste'

A Master's Toast

6* Stuck in their Ways

A Fire-Spewing Brew

7* A Sore Site

7* RRRRRumble in the Waste!
