Hearthstone Video - The Dominant Player Bug (Shadow Madness+Power Overwhelming and more) [Hearthstone Science]

The Dominant Player Bug: When triggers from both players simultaneously Queue on an Event, the Dominant Player's triggers go in order of play before the Secondary Player's in order of play. In addition, they go not in one Queue but two separate Queues, the first resolving before the second is populated.

Who is the Dominant Player? If you have logging turned on, the player with PLAYER_ID assigned to 1 at the start of the game is the Dominant Player. If you aren't logging, the only other way to find out is to discover it in-game.
